Alyssa is a career advisor at Career Center and advises undergraduate students and recent alumni in the Liberal Arts and Business career areas. She is a two-time Sacramento State alumna, recently earning her Master of Science in Career Counseling after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her professional experience includes academic advising, program coordination, on-campus housing, and clinical mental health. She is passionate about advocating for student success, mental health awareness, and helping students navigate their academic and career journeys through a holistic and student-forward approach. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys exploring new places with friends, keeping up with Taylor Swift, and binge-watching reality television.
