Aurora is a career advisor at Career Center and advises undergraduate students and recent alumni in the Health and Biological Sciences career areas. Aurora earned her Master of Science in Career Counseling from California State University, Sacramento. Aurora previously earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with a minor in Spanish also from California State University, Sacramento. Through her college career she has had the opportunity to work with first to senior year students and first generation college students. Being an academic advisor helped her develop a passion for encouraging the importance of networking and personal/professional development. Aurora is dedicated to working with students from all aspects of their career, improving student services and the student experience. Aurora loves spending time doing yoga, exercising, traveling, cooking, content creation, spending time in nature and watching movies/TV series.
