Ester began her work with UC Davis in 2021, serving as a supervisor for the Healthy Davis Together project. This initiative, a collaboration between UC Davis and the City of Davis, was designed to help manage and reduce the spread of COVID-19 in the local community. In July 2023 the project concluded and Ester transitioned to the Career Center as the Employer Engagement Assistant/Event Coordinator. Ester coordinates targeted and general career fairs to help students connect directly with employers across various industries, providing a space to explore different career options, internships and professional networks. Ester also maintains relationships with diverse mix of employers to participate in our career fairs. Ester is continuously involved in improving the career fair experience for the employers and ensuring students have access to valuable career opportunities and making a lasting impact on their professional journey.
