Luis is Associate Director at the Career Center. He provides strategic leadership and direction to the center and helps to manage center-wide functions and tasks including overseeing the Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and Liberal Arts and Business program areas. Luis has also worked as a Consultant for the California State Legislature and in K-12 outreach for Upward Bound and the Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP). Luis is a first generation college graduate from Oakland. He has degrees from UC Davis in International Relations and Chicanx Studies. He has a Master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership from Sacramento State.
