Professional Photo Booth Usage Rules
- Iris Air is a professional headshot booth. It is to be used by only one person at a time, so no group photos are permitted.
- Student users are given first priority when using the photo booth. When there is a queue to use the photo booth, student users will be served first, in the order they check-in, followed by any staff and faculty users. Please be mindful of time when other users are waiting – the average session time is 4 minutes.
- Please do not move the stool in the booth. It is ideally placed to provide the best photos. Adjusting the height of the stool is acceptable.
- No food or drink is permitted in the office that contains the booth.
- All users will be prompted to enter a valid email address and accept the terms and conditions before the photo session begins. This is the email address photos will be sent to after the session. After the session, users will have an opportunity to digitally edit photos once the photos are emailed to the user.
- All photos can be reviewed by professional staff, so please do not take inappropriate photos. Inappropriate or offensive photos will be deleted by the system administrator, without notification, as a proactive step to ensure professionalism and responsible use.
